In case of strong wind, large members such as columns, main beams and bracings shall be aligned immediately and fixed right after correct positioning to prevent unilateral instability. Members installed on the same day shall form a spatial stable system. 7. For foundations soaked by rain, necessary excavation and backfilling shall be done to restore the bearing capacity. Important or special projects shall be completed before the rainy season. Earth backfilled before rain shall be rolled timely and graded properly on the surface so that rainwater can drain automatically. 8. Operation of electrical equipment outdoors is strictly prohibited in rainy or wet conditions. Small parts such as drilling can be fabricated indoors on rainy days. Electrical circuits and equipment shall be inspected and maintained to ensure electrical safety. During steel structure construction in rainy days, we may be affected by various factors.
