The company has fully funded physical examinations for its employees for 12 consecutive years to safeguard their health and demonstrate corporate humanistic care.

From September 10 to 11, 2025, Huai’an Huaining Steel Structure Co., Ltd. once again demonstrated its belief that employees are the greatest asset of the enterprise with practical actions. The company fully funded and invited Huai’an Guoxin Rehabilitation Hospital to provide free health examinations for all employees. This marked the **12th consecutive year** that the company has carried out such an activity. A minor problem was found in today’s checkup, and the hospital immediately provided protection suggestions.” According to statistics, multiple occupational health risks have been detected in physical examinations in the past three years, and **closed‑loop management** has been achieved through job adjustment, provision of protective equipment and other measures.
