**Entering the Enterprise, Learning Together, Planning for Development** ——Three Grassroots Branches of the China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA) Visit Huaining Steel Structure Co., Ltd. for Research and Study
To consolidate the achievements of the thematic education campaign "Study Regulations, Strengthen Work Style, and Establish a Good Image", and give full play to the bridge-and-link role of CDNCA grassroots branches between the organization and member enterprises, on October 19, Qin Dianwen, Chairman of the Third Party Branch of the Organs, Zhou Jinsong, Chairman of the Sixth Party Branch of Qingjiangpu District, and Yu Lei, Chairman of the First Party Branch of the Economic Development Zone, jointly organized key members of their branches to carry out a joint research and study activity in member enterprises. They visited Huai'an Huaining Steel Structure Co., Ltd., a CDNCA member enterprise, to understand the current development status and needs of the enterprise, listen to the voices of the enterprise, and help its development. Zhou Haishan, Member of the Standing Committee of the CDNCA Huai'an Municipal Committee and Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Qingjiangpu District, was invited to attend the activity.
Founded in 2007 with a total investment of 120 million yuan, Huai'an Huaining Steel Structure Co., Ltd. covers an area of 120 mu and has a workshop of 48,000 square meters. It is a Grade-II professional contracting enterprise for steel structure integrating scientific research, production, design and installation, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of steel structure components. The company achieved output values of 160 million yuan, 190 million yuan and 220 million yuan in 2021, 2022 and 2023 respectively. It is a "Jiangsu Province High-Quality and Honest Steel Structure Enterprise", a "Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative 'Little Giant' Enterprise" in Huai'an, has been awarded the title of "Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center", and is recognized as a national "High-Tech Enterprise". The research team visited the company's office environment, learned in detail about its business scope, project cases and development plans, and went into the production workshop to understand the production process, production technology and technological innovation, and intuitively felt the achievements of the enterprise in transformation and upgrading as well as innovative development. Qin Dianwen, General Manager of the company, shared the company's operating status in recent years, industry development trends and challenges, and focused on introducing the company's H-beam production line, heavy steel structure production line, welding robot equipment and the expansion of overseas market business. Members participating in the research put forward relevant suggestions and opinions on the enterprise's needs in project expansion and resource integration, and conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as the current economic situation, business environment and local business environment, helping member enterprises better integrate into the regional economy and contributing the strength of grassroots branches.
Subsequently, the three grassroots branches collectively studied the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the sixth meeting of the 20th Central Financial and Economic Commission on July 1, 2025, on further advancing the development of a unified national market, the abstract of his speech at the UN Climate Change Summit on September 24, and his important speech at the National Commendation Conference for Ethnic Unity and Progress on September 27. Combining their own work practices, everyone talked freely about their learning experiences, stating that they will strictly abide by all regulations of the Party Central Committee and the CDNCA, demonstrate the good image of CDNCA members with an excellent work style, and effectively translate the learning achievements into the driving force for fulfilling their duties.
This joint research and exchange activity of grassroots branches entering enterprises is a successful practical activity. It has not only strengthened the connection between member enterprises and the CDNCA organization, but also enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force among branch members, achieving remarkable positive effects. In the future, CDNCA grassroots branches will continue to strengthen research and services for member enterprises, continuously improve the level of participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, and make greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the private economy.
